In-store Pick Up

Please allow 2-3 days for the processing of ALL online orders using the In-store shipping option.  

A valid photo ID is required to pick up all orders and a signature must be provided before receipt of goods.  

Note: "Special order" items or "Restock items" may take longer than normal to process. Please read the description on all items before purchasing. 

The Process: NVE will notify you by email when your order has been processed and ready for pick up. 

• Customers must pick up all items within seven (7) days.
• After the specified pick-up time all items will be returned back to the floor and NVE will issue a thirty (30) day store credit. 
• Store credits are NOT transferable and can only be used by the customer listed on the order. 
• Store credits are forfeited after 30 days.
